Which formats can I choose?
Depending on the artwork and destination, you can choose printed canvas, paper prints, aluminium or acrylic, a display board with an oak stand, a hand-painted oil painting, digital files, phone cases or mugs. Available sizes and finishes are shown on the product page.
Is every product painted by hand?
Only the oil painting option is painted by hand. Canvas, paper, rigid panels, phone cases and mugs are printed. Digital artwork consists of image files. Photo approval and painting retouches apply to oil paintings, not to printed products.
When will I receive my order?
Production and delivery depend on the selected product, size and destination. For oil paintings, preparation also depends on the artwork's complexity and photo approval. Check the terms shown for your selection. Digital files do not require shipping.
How is the price calculated?
Physical product prices depend on the format, options and delivery country. Check the delivery method included in the offer. A display-currency conversion is not a change of delivery country; the order total and payment currency are confirmed before payment.
Is a frame included?
It depends on your selection. Rolled canvas and unframed prints have no frame. Stretched canvas, floating frames and framed prints have different presentations. The budget framed poster requires assembly by you. A display board includes its oak stand. Check the product details before ordering.
How do digital artworks work?
Digital artwork is supplied as image files using your credits: one credit per artwork. No print, frame, phone, tablet or other physical item is included. File choices and access are shown in the digital selection.
