Returns within 14 days

Returns of non-personalized physical items are accepted: notify us within 14 days of receipt, then send the items back within 14 days of your notification. Return shipping costs for a change of mind are the customer's responsibility, with shipment to our address in Bangkok, Thailand. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a correction or replacement at no cost, or a refund if that is not possible, without limiting your statutory rights. Wait for our instructions before returning a defective item.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. The original standard delivery costs are refunded when the entire order is returned.
