The Clermont art scene is not just about one neighborhood. The MARQ installs fine arts in the former Ursuline convent of Montferrand; the Hôtel Fontfreyde brings contemporary photography and Renaissance architecture into dialogue; the FRAC Auvergne is preparing its return to rue Ballainvilliers; La Tôlerie, ESACM and independent galleries defend more experimental practices.
