Each canvas is hand painted, checked, photographed and then carefully protected before shipping. This page clearly distinguishes creation time, drying and transport.

Approximately two weeks depending on work, format and complexity.

Three steps to distinguish
The total time does not correspond only to transport. The canvas must first be made, checked, validated and sufficiently dry before it can be shipped.
Creation of the painting
About 2 weeksThe deadline depends on the number of characters, the level of detail, the format and any adaptations requested.
Control and validation
Before shippingPhotos of the finished canvas are sent. Reasonable alterations may be requested before your final agreement.
Drying and transport
About 5 days + 2 to 5 daysThe dry canvas is packaged and then entrusted to the carrier. The transit time varies depending on the destination.
A very complex work, a large format, a request for retouching, a busy period, a customs formality or a carrier event can extend the total deadline.
Before sending
You see the canvas before it is shipped
Reproduction is not sent as soon as it leaves the easel. It first goes through a control and validation phase.

Canvas protection
How is reproduction shipped?
Rolled shipping limits the risk of chassis or frame breakage during international transport and reduces package bulk.
Rolled canvas, without frame
The reproduction is generally shipped rolled in rigid and protective packaging. The frames visible on certain scenarios are decorative and are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Protected surface
The canvas is separated from materials likely to mark the paint.
Controlled rolling
The diameter and protections are adapted to the canvas and its drying state.
Rigid packaging
The package is prepared to limit shocks and crushing.
Local assembly
A framer can then stretch the canvas onto a frame and add the frame of your choice.
The dimension ordered corresponds to the planned painted surface. Ask the framer for advice on the margins necessary for assembly.
After shipping
Package tracking
Once the web is supported, the tracking number is communicated by email. The primary carrier is usually FedEx, or an equivalent carrier depending on the destination.

Import rules differ by country. No fixed amount of taxes or fees can be guaranteed in advance.

Transport generally takes two to five working days after dispatch, excluding exceptional blocking or customs.

Duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged to the recipient by the authorities or the carrier.
Why does the amount vary?
It depends in particular on the country, the declared value, the classification of the product, trade agreements and local rules in force at the time of importation.
Who pays any fees?
Unless otherwise stated in writing, duties and taxes requested on arrival remain the responsibility of the recipient.

In the event of a visible impact, perforation or crushing, immediately document the condition of the package and the canvas.

How long does it take to receive my painting?
It usually takes about two weeks to create, about five days to dry, and then two to five business days to transport after shipping. These times may vary depending on the work, alterations and destination.
Is the canvas sent framed?
No, it is usually sent rolled and frameless. This method reduces risks during transport. Frame mounting and framing can be done locally.
When will I receive the tracking number?
It is communicated by e-mail after the package has been picked up by the carrier. It may take a few hours before the first event appears.
Can I see the canvas before sending?
Yes. Photos of the completed reproduction are sent before shipping for validation.
Can I request touch-ups before delivery?
Yes. Up to four sets of reasonable touch-ups may be requested prior to shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, in many countries. The destination, format and possible restrictions are checked before confirmation for particular projects.
Can customs fees be requested?
Yes. Depending on the country, duties, import taxes or processing fees may be charged to the recipient. Their amount is set locally and cannot be guaranteed by the workshop.
What to do if the package arrives damaged?
Immediately photograph the closed package, labels, inner packaging and canvas. Keep all protections then contact the workshop with your order number.
