When the painting is finished, we send you a photo of the canvas. You can then validate the rendition or request adjustments. Up to 4 sets of touch-ups are included before shipping.

Are returns possible?

Our reproductions are handmade and prepared specially for each order. For this reason, returns are generally not accepted once the canvas has been validated and shipped, except in case of an error on our part or damage during shipping.

Each canvas is hand-painted. Slight variations in color, texture, or detail may exist compared to the reference image. These differences are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects if the canvas was approved before shipping.
