General conditions of sale

These conditions govern orders placed with Alpha Reproduction, a brand operated by CONCAS CORPORATE Company Ltd.222 Wang Thong Village, Petchkasem 77 Soi 1 Yak 13, Swasdikar Road 2 District, Nong Khaem, Bangkok 10160, Thailand. 1. Products

Alpha Reproduction notably offers reproductions of paintings hand painted in oil on canvas and works made from an image or a personalized request. A handmade painting may have slight variations in color, texture and detail compared to a digital image. These variations are part of the artisanal process.

Frames visible in simulations or role-playing photographs are not included, unless explicitly stated in the configuration or quote. The standard configuration provides for a rolled canvas, without frame, protected for transport.

2. Price and currency

The applicable price is that displayed in the order summary at the time of payment. Currency may vary depending on the selected market or country; the customer must check the currency and final amount before confirming the transaction.

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the country of destination are not included, unless otherwise stated. They are set by the local authorities or the carrier and generally remain the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order and payment

The order becomes firm after confirmation of payment and acceptance by Alpha Reproduction. Payment is processed by the secure solutions offered during checkout. Alpha Reproduction does not directly receive complete bank card data.

For a personalized request, the customer must provide an usable reference, the desired dimensions and the information necessary for production. It guarantees that it has the necessary rights or authorizations for any personal or protected image that it requests to reproduce.

4. Creation, validation and retouching

Creation generally takes two to three weeks. Large formats, complex compositions or requests with multiple characters may require more time. The announced deadlines remain estimated.

A photo of the completed canvas is sent before shipping. The customer can request up to four sets of reasonable edits before final validation. Edits must remain compatible with the initial order; a substantial modification of the subject, format or composition may be subject to a new quote.

Validation of the photo confirms acceptance of the rendering. The canvas then enters the drying, protection and preparation phase for shipping.

5. Delivery

After validation and drying, international delivery is generally estimated at two to five working days. This deadline does not include creation, alterations or drying and may be extended by customs controls, carrier constraints or an event beyond our control.

A tracking number is communicated when the package leaves the workshop. The customer must provide a complete and accurate address. Costs caused by an incorrect address, prolonged absence or unjustified refusal of the package may be charged to the customer.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

The rules depend on the nature of the order. For a non-personalized product, a return request can be submitted within thirty days of receipt, subject to the condition of the product and the conditions specified in our returns and refunds policy.

A canvas personalized, modified or produced according to the customer's specifications may be excluded from return or cancellation once production has started or after validation, subject to the mandatory rights applicable to the customer.

In the event of an error, non-compliance or damage during transport, the customer must contact us as soon as the problem is noted with the order number and photographs of the package, packaging and canvas.

7. Intellectual property

The client does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the original work, photographs on the site, texts, graphic elements or editorial content. The purchase of a reproduction is intended for private use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

Alpha Reproduction cannot be held responsible for a delay or impossibility of execution caused by a reasonably uncontrollable external event. Nothing in these conditions limits the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by the law applicable to him.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These conditions are governed by Thai law, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections that may apply in their country of residence. Before any procedure, the customer is invited to contact Alpha Reproduction in order to seek an amicable solution.
